InspireLAND art and animation camp

Find your tribe

Inspireland art and animation camps for eight to 18-year-olds are temples of creativity for young creatives of all levels of ability. Your young artists will learn new skills while developing their existing ones. They will meet new friends and find themselves among like-minded young people. They will find their tribe.

Camps are divided by age into kids’ groups and teen groups. Students will work with animators, film makers, photographers, sculptors, makers of magical contraptions, video game designers, conjurors of comic books, character designers, steampunk bunker builders, summoners, schemers and impossible dreamers.

The focus at Inspireland art and animation camps is to create a safe space for young people to be exactly who they are. The staff-to-student ratio is very high to ensure that nobody gets left out or left behind. Nobody is compared to anybody else; we are all wonderfully different. Inspireland celebrates each other for just that, making sure that any student attending on their own is seated with other students who also do not have anybody at camp.

Aside from making brilliant art, the focus of these camps is to provide a safe space to build confidence. Being a young creative is not always easy. Inspireland instructs all artists to tell students how brilliant they are, because children are our heroes. Camps run from 11am to 3pm every day at Salthill Knocknacarra GAA Club.
