Suitably relaxed, our reservation in Bonnie’s Restaurant awaited. Inviting decor in abundance, the restaurant was dimly lit, such a setting enhancing the ambience as we were brought to our seats, our view overlooking the lake.

Executive chef, Dee Adamson, has prepared a menu laden with choice and suitable for all tastes. The food is infused with flavour and colour, wholesome and nutritious, and those who choose to dine in Bonnie’s Restaurant are certain to be suitably nourished, ample choice dotting the a la carte menu.

Opening dishes were truly savoured - salt baked beetroot, Conference Pear rocket salad with balsamic vinaigrette, toasted pecans and chickpeas and the cider brined pork belly, apple, remoulade, braised lentils and sesame glazed sauce, as the food journey started with aplomb.
